I went to the hotel for my birthday and I had the most amazing time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to say a big thank you to Eric for helping me get around! I wanted to leave the hotel to get a drink by myself and he made sure to call a Uber for me and translate in Spanish to the Uber driver where I wanted to go and what time he should pick me up back. If you're ever here in Panama please ask them to call a Uber for you, it is way cheaper than to call a taxi and it is safe🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 sending love from Jamaica. Eric es un miembro del personal del hotel. Was upgraded to a larger room on early arrival which was greatly appreciated. If you use Uber it is so easy to move around Panama. The trips are usually $3-6.00. The W hotel has a lovely breakfast with a breathtaking view of the city. Alex at the front desk was very polished and helpful. Great lady at the concierge who was always very helpful. Front door staff was also very helpful. Breakfast staff very polished. Great staff at the W. Room staff was also excellent. You can't go wrong choosing this location.

I only spent 1 night at the W whilst my friends spent the whole week here. It met our needs. Good location, clean, helpful staff. I personally loved the funky decor, views a tad better than that offered at the other hotel I stayed at. Caught nice sunsets from room 1605 with pool view. Actually used the pool, nice area. Ate at the restaurant/bar next to reception and the meal was decent. Overall I do recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the W hotel. Breakfast each morning was great. Our servers Enoch and Jamie made sure we had all we needed. Joel at the Cajita Resturant was an excellent server and Rommel makes the best gin and tonic. Miguel at the front desk is an absolute Gem! I have never met a concierge so knowledgeable and helpful. He was also very patient and kind. Well done W Hotel.

Especially Paul's kindness and attention to detail!. He provided great customer service during our stay. He helped us make the best out of this day.
